Terms and Conditions

1. Driver's Responsibility

• Drivers must be 18-71 years old, experienced, and hold a valid license (and International Permit, if required).
• Helmets are mandatory. Lost/damaged helmets will be replaced upon request.
• Lock bikes when not in use and park in designated areas only.

2. Motorcycle

• Renters are liable for all damage, loss, or accidents (insurance available on request).
• Do not remove stickers, plates, or accessories without approval.
• Exchanges allowed within 3 hours, subject to availability. Fees apply for upgrades.
• Return bikes on time to avoid extra charges. Report any issues immediately.
• Bikes are for on-road use only.

3. Delivery and Collection

• Free delivery in Canggu; fees apply outside.
• If unattended during collection, send 5 photos and leave keys with hotel staff.

4. Payment and Refunds

• Full payment required before rental. Rates are 24-hour based.
• No refunds for unused periods. Cancellation within 12 hours gets a 50% refund.
• No refunds after booking, reschedule based avaibility.

5. Additional Terms

• Bikes cannot leave Bali without approval.
• Fines and damages are the renter’s responsibility.
• Charges for lost/damaged items: Helmet (Rp. 150k–200k), Phone Holder (Rp. 70k), Coat (Rp. 100k), Keys (Rp. 100k–1M).
• Do not drive intoxicated. Contact us for retrieval if needed.
